• Provide legitimate business documents including a valid GSTIN (for Indian tax laws), PAN card, active bank account details, and government-issued registration certificates.
• Maintain accurate, updated, and complete company or individual contact details at all times in the Seller Portal.
• Complete verification and authentication flows successfully during onboarding.

• Submitting forged, outdated, or altered legal documents.
• Creating duplicate or alternate accounts to circumvent store bans, suspension penalties, or transaction limits.
• Registering under fictitious business names or proxy details.

Sellers must verify their identity annually or whenever requested. Any change in tax status, bank routing, or company legal registration must be submitted to our merchant compliance panel within 7 business days of change.

• Create listings with accurate attributes including dimensions, weight, origin country, materials, and ingredients.
• Categorize products accurately. Provide clear pricing details (MRP and selling prices inclusive of all tax components).
• Keep active inventory levels aligned with physical stock levels to prevent fulfillment cancellations.

• Keyword stuffing, listing spam, or duplicate catalog generation.
• Manipulating categories by listing items in wrong paths to gain illicit search visibility.
• Including external URLs, contact details, or competitor comparative claims inside product descriptions.

All product details must comply with the Legal Metrology Act and Consumer Protection rules. Descriptions must not convey misleading statements or make unapproved medical/health claims.

• Main images must have a pure white background (RGB 255, 255, 255).
• Ensure resolution is a minimum of 1000 x 1000 pixels (aspect ratio 1:1) to support interactive zoom features.
• Product must occupy at least 85% of the frame and show the exact item being offered.

• Uploading watermarked images, copyright-infringed stock photos, or sketches.
• Adding text overlays, stickers (e.g., "Best Price", "Free Delivery"), borders, or logos onto the main product image.
• Displaying accessories or secondary items not included in the purchase.

Image uploads must accurately represent the product size, color tone, and physical characteristics. Blurry, low-quality, or misleading renders will lead to suppression of search visibility.

• Check safety lists and regulatory bans before compiling new catalog uploads.
• Acquire formal licenses, certificates, and compliance permits for regulated lines (e.g., health supplements, electronics with RF).
• Adhere to age-gated restrictions on permitted item lines.

• Selling drugs, prescription medicines, chemicals, explosive materials, weapons, or ammunition.
• Listing items violating wildlife preservation laws or selling animal parts.
• Offering products that promote discrimination, hate speech, or illegal activities.

Any violation will trigger immediate removal of listing, loss of selling rights, and potential reporting to public safety and law enforcement agencies.

• Strictly adhere to the Information Technology Act 2000, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) rules, and custom regulations.
• Hold valid licenses for dual-use technologies or electronics.
• Cooperate in good faith during audit inquiries and provide traceability information.

• Listing espionage components, military-grade materials, jammer devices, or products that threaten sovereign integrity.
• Transacting with entities marked on national sanction rosters or blacklists.

Fzokart reserves the right to hand over listing records, seller registration logs, and inventory data to state law enforcement, intelligence agencies, or court investigators without informing the seller.

• Ensure listings, titles, text descriptions, and photos are original or officially licensed.
• Acquire official authorization certificates to resell proprietary or trademark-protected brands.
• Promptly resolve IP infringement notices by presenting valid invoices or letters of authorization.

• Selling fake, replicated, counterfeit, or duplicate branded goods.
• Copying or lifting listing texts, designs, or image content from other sellers.
• Unauthorized usage of third-party logos or trademarked terms.

Infringing listings will be deleted upon receipt of a valid complaint. Multiple infractions will trigger permanent ban, forfeiture of payouts, and legal liability.

• Treat platform support staff, courier handlers, and buyers with professional courtesy and respect.
• Maintain fair price competitiveness and honest descriptions.
• Comply with standard arbitration choices and policies set by Fzokart.

• Harassing customers or sending offensive messages via text, calls, or mail.
• Engaging in predatory price practices, price-gouging during emergency crises, or collusive bidding.
• Bribing platform operators or employees to modify catalog parameters or bypass suspensions.

All communication channels are logged and reviewed. Violation of behavioral codes will trigger immediate penalties.

• Prepare, verify, pack, and label orders within the platform's 24-48 hours SLA window.
• Use secure cardboard boxes, bubble padding, and tamper-resistant sealing tapes to prevent transit damages.
• Attach accurate billing invoices and scan labels cleanly before shipping.

• Shipping packages with competitor logos, advertisements, or insert cards directing buyers off-site.
• Falsifying tracking numbers or using non-approved, un-trackable transport services.
• Deliberately sending empty boxes or wrong items (bait-and-switch).

High cancellation rates or delayed shipping metrics will degrade merchant rating scores, trigger fee adjustments, or lead to catalog suspension.

• Accept category return policies (7 to 10 days default window) and inspect returned products within 48 hours.
• Approve refunds for verified defective or incorrect items without delay.
• Cover reverse transport costs when returns arise from merchant errors.

• Unfairly rejecting buyer return tickets or charging unapproved restocking fees.
• Cancelling customer orders due to stock outages (sellers must manage inventory).
• Attempting to charge customers directly for returns or exchanges.

Sellers must maintain a returns dispute log. Fraudulent return claims by buyers must be submitted with unboxing videos/photos within 72 hours through the seller ticket panel for verification.

• Verify billing reports, bank accounts, and invoice data in the Seller Dashboard.
• Acknowledge platform commissions, shipping fees, return shipping fee adjustments, and taxes.
• Report settlement differences or payment bugs within 30 days of payout date.

• Requesting cash or offline bank deposits from Fzokart buyers (all payments must be routed through Fzokart gateway).
• Submitting fraud orders or executing self-buying schemes to trigger payout credits.

Payouts are settled on a rolling T+7 days schedule (T+3 for premium merchants) from order delivery date, after deducting platform commission, shipping charges, TDS (1%), and TCS (1%).

• Use customer data (names, phone numbers, shipping addresses) solely for packing and delivery of orders.
• Ensure your storage devices, systems, or printed logs are locked and secure against leakage.
• Report data breaches or hacking incidents to Fzokart within 24 hours.

• Exporting, selling, renting, or compile customer data databases for unauthorized marketing or sales.
• Contacting buyers outside official support channels (e.g. unsolicited WhatsApp/SMS messages, direct calls for feedback).

Compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 is mandatory. Non-compliance is a serious legal violation and will lead to legal actions.

• Monitor warning notifications on the Seller Portal.
• Correct flagged listings, descriptions, or packaging defects within 72 hours.
• Coordinate in good faith during manual audits or documentation requests.

• Ignoring system alerts, compliance emails, or warnings.
• Attempting to spoof monitoring tools by slightly tweaking infringing listings.

Violations are graded as Minor (warnings), Major (listing deletion, strikes), or Critical (immediate deactivation). Striking out 5 times in 6 months results in permanent banning.

• Submit appeals against penalties with verified invoices, authorization paperwork, or courier receipts within 14 days of enforcement.
• Accept financial liability for validated customer fraud or counterfeit refunds.

• Providing false documents during dispute appeals.
• Bypassing payment holds by attempting to freeze banking routing or chargeback lines.

Appeals are evaluated by Fzokart's Merchant Board within 7 business days. Suspended accounts may have funds withheld for up to 90 days to settle pending return/refund requirements.

• Report suspicious behaviors, price collusion attempts, or hacking attempts.
• Allow audits of inventory, supply channels, or brand approvals by platform representatives.

• Shill bidding, reviewing your own products, or buying from your own shop to boost sales rankings.
• Colluding with competitor merchants to fix minimum retail pricing or limit availability.
• Using automated scripts to scraping user data or disrupt dashboard APIs.

Sellers found guilty of market manipulation will face permanent account deletion and reporting to the Competition Commission of India (CCI).

• Regularly review the Seller Portal updates panel and email announcements for modifications.
• Terminate sales and request store closure if you disagree with any policy update.

• Rejecting changes while continuing to operate listings and accept payments on Fzokart.

Critical updates will be notified 7 to 14 days in advance. Continued portal activity after updates become active represents legal binding acceptance.
